Section 70
When an Act of Parliament, Ordinance or Enactment is divided into parts, chapters, titles or other sub-divisions, the fact and particulars of such division shall, with or without express mention thereof in the Act of Parliament, Ordinance or Enactment, be taken notice of in all courts and for all purposes whatsoever.
