Section 82

Whenever by any Imperial Act, Order of the King in Council or written law any Imperial Act is extended or applied to the Federation or any part thereof, such Act shall be read with such formal alterations as to names, localities, courts, officers, persons, moneys, penalties and otherwise as may be necessary to make the same applicable to the circumstances.
