Section 78

Where an Act of Parliament, Ordinance or Enactment amends or adds to any Act of Parliament, Ordinance or Enactment, the amending Act of Parliament, Ordinance or Enactment shall, so far as is consistent with the tenor thereof, and unless the contrary intention appears, be construed as one with the amended Act of Parliament,

Ordinance or Enactment and as part thereof.
