Section 50

Where by any State law anything or any animal is declared to be forfeited or where, under any such law, any such thing or animal is adjudged by any court or other lawful authority to be forfeited it shall, unless some other provision is made by such law, be forfeited to the Government and if ordered by a competent authority to be sold the proceeds of sale, less the costs thereof, shall be paid into the Consolidated Fund.
