Section 15

Any person who—

Section 15

(a)

wilfully or maliciously blocks up or obstructs or causes to be in any way blocked up or obstructed;

(b)

encroaches on or attempts to take fish by means of a fish trap out of any irrigation tank, channel or water-course;

or

(c)

breaches or cuts through the banks or sides of the same, shall be liable to imprisonment for a period not exceeding six months or to a fine not exceeding three hundred ringgit or both.
