Except for any of the purposes of this Act or for the purpose of any civil or criminal proceedings under any written law, no member, officer or servant of the Authority, member of the Approvals and Implementation Committee, member of a committee or person invited to attend any meetings of the
Authority
“Authority” means the Iskandar Regional Development Authority established under section 3;
Authority, the Approvals and Implementation Committee or any committee shall disclose any information which has been obtained by him in the course of his duties and which is not published in pursuance of this Act.
Approvals and Implementation Committee
“Approvals and Implementation Committee” means the Approvals and Implementation Committee established under section 30;
Any person contravening subsection (1) commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to a fine not exceeding ten thousand ringgit or to both.

Authority
“Authority” means the Iskandar Regional Development Authority established under section 3;

“committee” means a committee established by the Authority under section 14;
