Section 46
(1)
Subject to subsection (2), a person who discloses or provides information to the Authority which he knows or has reason to believe is false or misleading commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding five thousand ringgit.
(2)
If a person who commits an offence under subsection (1)
is one whose profession is regulated by any written law, he shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding one hundred thousand ringgit.
