Prevention of anomalies
of Iskandar Regional Development Authority Act 2007
(1)
The Minister may, after consultation with the State
Authority of Johore, by order, make such modifications in the provisions of this Act as may appear to him to be necessary or expedient for the purpose of removing any difficulty occasioned

by the coming into operation of this Act only as regard to the performance of the functions and the exercise of the powers by the Authority.
(2)
The Minister shall not exercise the powers conferred by this section after the expiration of two years from the date of coming into operation of this Act.
(3)
In this section, “modifications” means amendments, additions, deletions and substitutions of any provision of this Act.
