Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 88(1)(q) of the Road Transport Act 1987 [Act 333], the Minister, after consultation with the Minister of Works, makes the following rules: Citation 1. These rules may be cited as the Traffic Signs (Size, Colour and Type) (Amendment) Rules 2017. Amendment of Schedule 2. The Traffic Signs (Size, Colour and Type) Rules, 1959 [L.N. 167/1959] are amended in the Schedule, in Part IV, under the title “INFORMATIVE SIGNS”, by inserting after traffic sign No. 25 the following traffic sign: 5 No. Meaning of Sign Sign “25A.
