LAND ACQUISITION ACT 1960
LAND ACQUISITION (ELECTRONIC FORMS) RULES 2017
IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 69(ba)
of the
Land Acquisition Act 1960 [Act 486], the Minister, with the approval of the National
Land Council, makes the following rules:
Citation and commencement 1.
(1)
These rules may be cited as the Land Acquisition (Electronic Forms)
Rules 2017.
(2)
These Rules come into operation on 1 December 2017.
Electronic forms 2.
The forms specified in the Second Schedule of the Act, may be prescribed in electronic form as prescribed in the Schedule of these Rules.
