(a)
all references to "the Kota Kinabalu Town Board" shall be construed as references to "the Kota Kinabalu Municipal Council";
(b)
All references to "the Chairman of the Kota Kinabalu Town Board” shall be construed as references to "the President of the Kota Kinabalu Municipal
Council"; and
(c)
all references to "the Chairman" in relation to the Kota Kinabalu Town Board shall be construed as references to "the President".
