Section 6

All employees in the employ or in the service of the Kota Kinabalu Town Board shall on the commencement of this Enactment become employees in the employ or in the service of the Kota Kinabalu Municipal Council on the same terms and conditions of service as those on which they were employed by the Kota Kinabalu Town Board.
