Section 9

Any valuation list prepared by the Kota Kinabalu Town Board in respect of the area under its jurisdiction shall continue to be in force in the area under the jurisdiction of the Kota

Kinabalu Municipal Council as if the same had been prepared by the Kota Kinabalu Municipal

Council.
