Section 13
Section 13 of the Ordinance is amended by inserting after subsection (3) the following subsection:
“(4) For the purposes of this section, “dependants” means—
(a)
the husband of an employee;
(b)
the wife or wives of an employee;
(c)
a child, step-child or adopted child, who is unmarried and under the age of eighteen years, of an employee; or

natural or legally adoptive father or mother of an employee.”.
