Seksyen 13
Seksyen 13 Ordinan dipinda dengan memasukkan selepas subseksyen (3) subseksyen yang berikut:
“(4) For the purposes of this section, “dependants” means—
(a)
the husband of an employee;
Ordinan Buruh Sabah (Pindaan)
(b)
the wife or wives of an employee;
(c)
a child, step-child or adopted child, who is unmarried and under the age of eighteen years, of an employee; or
(d)
natural or legally adoptive father or mother of an employee.”.
