Section 195
(1)
Any document or notice required to be served by the
Authority to a licensed entity, a mutual fund, a self-regulatory organization or an exchange under this Act may be served by leaving it at, or sending it by post to, the registered office of the particular licensed entity, mutual fund, self-regulatory organization or exchange.
(2)
Where the document or notice has been served in accordance with subsection (1), the document or notice is deemed to have been properly served on the particular licensed entity, mutual fund, self-regulatory organization or exchange.
