Delegation of Authority’s function or powers

Section 14
(a)
any member of the Authority;
(b)
any committee established by the Authority; or
(c)
any officer or servant of the Authority.
(2)
A delegation under this section shall not preclude the
Authority itself from performing or exercising at any time any of the functions or powers under this Act or the laws specified in the Schedule so delegated.
