In any action for surcharge against the Director General, the composition of the Authority for the purposes of sections 23 to 26
Director General
“Director General” means the Director General appointed under section 5;
shall not include the Director General.
Authority
“Authority” means the Labuan Financial Services Authority established under section 3;
