The appointment of any member may at any time be revoked by the Minister.
Minister
“Minister” means the Minister for the time being charged with the responsibility for finance;
A member may at any time resign his office by a written notice addressed to the Minister.

Labuan financial services
“Labuan financial services” means any service provided by any person under any of the laws specified in the Schedule;
