The Authority may publish any information with respect to any matter relating to Labuan financial services or any other information deemed by the Authority to be of public interest.
Authority
“Authority” means the Labuan Financial Services Authority established under section 3;
Without prejudice to the generality of subsection (1), the
Authority may publish any information relating to any action taken by the Authority against any Labuan financial institution.
Labuan financial institution
“Labuan financial institution” means any person— (a) providing Labuan financial services; or (b) incorporated, registered or established under the laws specified in the Schedule;
