Section 15
Section 23 of the principal Act is amended—
(a)
by deleting the words “or (3)”; and
(b)
in paragraph (a), by substituting for the words “parcel of a subdivided building, in the” the words “parcel of a subdivided building or land, in the statutory body,”.
