Section 7
Section 8 of the principal Act is amended—
(a)
in the shoulder note, by substituting for the words
“required for a public purpose” the words “needed under section 3”; and
(b)
in subsection (2), by substituting for the words
“paragraph 7(b)” the words “paragraph 7(1)(b)”.
