Section 8
Section 9 of the principal Act is amended—
(a)
in paragraph (1)(b), by deleting the words “or (3)”; and
(b)
in subsection (2), by substituting for paragraph (a) the following paragraph:
“(a) where the scheduled land is held by registered title—
(i)
on the register document of title; and
(ii)
in the case of land with subdivided building or land, on the relevant strata register under section 4 of the Strata
Titles Act 1985 [Act 318]; or”.
