Section 123
⎯(1) The Registrar may for reasonable cause dispense with the production of any issue document of title, or any charge, for the purpose of entering the particulars by this Code required to be entered upon the transfer, or other dealing with land, under this Code.
(2)
When the production has been dispensed with under subsection (1), the Registrar shall, after giving one month’s notice in the Gazette of his intention so to do, notify in the Register that the particulars of the registration have not been entered on the issue document of title or charge, and the registration shall thereupon be as valid and effectual as if the particulars had been so entered.
