⎯(1)
Any issue document of title or entry or alteration in the Register procured or made by fraud shall be void as against any person defrauded, or who may be defrauded, thereby, and no person who is a party or privy to the fraud, or who claims solely as a volunteer under such person, shall take any benefit therefrom.

(2)
Nothing in this Code shall be so construed as to place in doubt the title of any person who is a purchaser in good faith and for value of any interest, and who is registered as the proprietor of such interest, on the ground that the registered proprietor through or under whom he claims was registered as proprietor through fraud or error, whether such fraud or error consisted in a misdescription of the land or otherwise.
