Section 133

⎯(1)

No person, whether or not he has become registered as the proprietor of any interest, who contracts or deals with, or takes a transfer from, a registered proprietor or with or from a person who is entitled to be registered as proprietor shall, except in the case of fraud, be concerned to ascertain the circumstances under which such proprietor, or any previous proprietor, was registered, or to see to the application of the purchase money, or be affected by notice actual or constructive of any trust or unregistered interest, any rule of law or equity to the contrary notwithstanding.

(2)

The knowledge that any trust or unregistered interest is in existence shall not of itself be imputed as fraud for the purpose of this section.
