Section 17

In the absence of any special conditions to the contrary contained in the document of title, the Government may re-enter and resume possession of lots of suburban land which remain unoccupied and unimproved for two years from the date of registration of the document of title, and no claims shall lie for the refund of any premium, rent or other consideration which may have been furnished.

For the purposes of any re-entry and recovery of possession under this section, section 33 shall, with the necessary modifications, apply.
