Section 17A

Penalties in respect of offences under section 16 or 17

Any person who contravenes or neglects or fails to comply with section 16 or 17 shall be guilty of an offence : Penalty, a fine of two thousand ringgit and, in the case of a continuing offence, to a further fine of one hundred ringgit in respect of each day on which the offence continues.
