Section 193
⎯(1) At the request of the parties thereto, any transfer, charge, sublease or other instrument may, upon payment of such fees as may be prescribed, be drawn up and prepared by the Registrar or by any Government officer generally or specially authorized by the
Director.
(2)
The Registrar, or any other person acting under the authority of subsection (1), or the Government, shall not be liable for any defect in any instrument or other document which the Registrar or such other person has in good faith drafted or assisted in the drafting thereof.

(3)
Any general authorization under subsection (1) shall be published in the Gazette and any special authorization may be given under the hand of the Director or a Deputy Director.
