Section 201

No person shall, as against the Government, be entitled to recover any greater amount for compensation in respect of the loss or deprivation of any land, or any estate or interest therein, than the value of that land, estate or interest at the time of that deprivation, together with the value of the permanent buildings erected thereon and any improvements made thereto prior to the time of that deprivation, with interest at the rate of five per cent per year to the date of the judgment recovered.
