No title or right to be acquired against the Government save such right or title as may be granted under this Code 44.

No person shall acquire any right or title against the

Government by virtue of any adverse possession, unlawful occupation or occupation under temporary licence, and no right or title shall be acquired against the Government, save such right or title as may be lawfully granted under this Code.
