Section 28

Any person employed in or about a quarry who does any act in such unskilled or unworkmanlike manner as to be likely to cause danger or damage to any person in or about the quarry or fails to take such due and proper precautions as may be necessary to ensure the safety of any person in or about the quarry shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding five thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to both.
