Section 32

No liability shall lie against any authorised officer in respect of any expense, damage or injury arising in a or from the lawful exercise of the powers conferred on him by these rules and such authorised officer shall not be subject to any action, claim or demand whatsoever arising in or from the lawful exercise of such powers.
