Section 10
Each parcel of any building or buildings subdivided under this Part shall have a share value, which —
(a)
shall be expressed in whole numbers, to be known as share units; and
(b)
shall be assigned by the owner of the lot and specified in his application in Form
A of the First Schedule and approved by the Director.
