Section 9
On receiving from the Government surveyor the documents referred to in paragraph
of Land Subsidiary Title Enactment 1972
(d)
of subsection (1) of section 8, the Director shall require the Collector to call upon the owner for payment of —
(a)
any amount underpaid as mentioned in that paragraph; and
(b)
the fees chargeable in connection with the preparation and registration of documents of subsidiary title to the individual parcels (giving credit for any amount overpaid as mentioned in that paragraph);
and as soon as the amounts so demanded have been paid, the Director shall require the
Registrar to open a file of the subsidiary register in accordance with the provisions of section 11, and to prepare, register and issue documents of subsidiary title in accordance with the provisions of section 12.
