Section 13
(1)
On authenticating the statement in Form C of the First Schedule required to be contained in any file of the subsidiary register, the Registrar shall make on the register and issue documents of title to the lot in question a memorial to the effect that the file has been opened, and that the common property is vested in the management corporation, and shall return the issue document of title to that management corporation.
(2)
No entry shall thereafter be made on either document of title except one affecting the common property.
