Notwithstanding sections 33 and 34, an authorized officer may, for the purposes of carrying out any of his functions under this Enactment, at any reasonable time enter any premises for the purpose of —
(a)
inspecting any person carrying on a business or employed in connection with any thing or document as he considers necessary; or
(b)
verifying the accuracy of records or statement or any information given to an authorized officer.
