Section 35

Any person who, without lawful authority, breaks, tampers with or damages the seal referred to under subsection (1) or removes any thing or document seized under seal or attempts to do so, commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding ten thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three months or to both, and for a second or subsequent offence, to a fine not exceeding twenty thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to both.
