Section 47
(1)
Any person who commits an offence under this Enactment or any subsidiary legislation made under this Enactment or fail to comply with any requirement under this
Enactment for which no penalty is expressly provided shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding one hundred thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or to both.
(2)
Any body corporate which commits an offence under this Enactment or any subsidiary legislation made under this Enactment or fail to comply with any requirement under this
Enactment for which no penalty is expressly provided shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding five hundred thousand ringgit.
