Section 15
(1)
The original copies of the documents specified by the
Registrar to be electronically lodged or filed with the Registrar by a management entity shall, at all times, be kept at the office of the management entity.

A management entity that fails to comply with subsection
(1)
shall be guilty of an offence against this Act.
Penalty: Ten thousand ringgit. Default penalty.
