Registered office of Langkawi company
(1)
Every Langkawi company shall at all times have a registered office in Langkawi, which office shall be the principal office of a management entity.
(2)
If default is made in complying with this section, the company and every officer of the company who is in default shall be guilty of an offence against this Act.
Penalty: Five thousand ringgit. Default penalty.
