Section 14
(1)
The Director General shall create and maintain a trust account in accordance with the Financial Procedure Act 1957
[Act 61] for the purposes of collection of, or payment of, any fee, contribution, cost, charges and any other payment in relation to legal aid and public defence services under this Act.
(2)
All moneys in the trust account shall be expended for the purposes of administration of legal aid and public defence services.
