Section 81
(1)
All legal aid certificates issued under the repealed Act before the date of coming into operation of this Act shall, subject to the terms, conditions, limitations and period of validity specified in the certificate, on the date of coming into operation of this Act, continue to remain in force and enforceable until such certificate is revoked.
(2)
The Director General may amend, renew or cancel the certificate referred to in subsection (1) in accordance with the provisions of this Act.
