(a)
a certified copy of the certificate of registration or any other similar document in its place of incorporation, establishment or origin; and
(b)
a certified copy of its charter or instrument defining its constitution, if any.
(2)
Upon being satisfied that the requirements of this Act have been complied with and on payment of the prescribed fee, the Registrar shall—
(a)
register the foreign limited liability partnership and allocate a registration number for the foreign limited liability partnership; and

(b)
issue a notice of registration in such form as the Registrar may determine.
