(2)
When the Registrar executes or signs any relevant instrument or document in carrying out the administrative action under subsection
(1)
, he shall state that he has done so in pursuance of this section and the execution or signature shall have the same force, validity and effect as if the limited liability partnership if existing had duly executed such instrument or document.
