Section 75

Any information supplied by the Registrar which is certified under his hand and seal to be a true extract from any documents lodged with or submitted to the Registrar under section 73 or issued by the

Registrar under section 74 shall in any proceedings be admissible in evidence and be presumed, unless evidence to the contrary is adduced, to be a true extract from such document.
