Section 6
—
(1)
The Government may, for the purpose of raising any loans or loan facilities under this Part, issue bonds or such other form of securities as may be determined by the Majlis Mesyuarat Kerajaan
Negeri, on such terms and conditions as may be approved by the
Majlis.
(2)
All bonds or other securities issued under subsection (1)
shall be signed or authenticated by the Minister or the State Financial
Secretary.
(3)
The State Financial Secretary shall keep a register, containing such particulars as may be required by regulations made under section 24, of all bonds and other securities issued pursuant to subsection (1).
