The Kuching Municipal Ordinance [Cap. 116 (1958
Ed.)], and the Local Authority Ordinance [Cap. 117 (1958 Ed.)] are repealed.
(2)
Section 4 of the City of Kuching Ordinance, 1988 [Cap.
48], is repealed.
