Section 16
This Act shall not apply to—
(a)
lotteries promoted by the Social and Welfare Services
Lotteries Board, under the *Social and Welfare Services
Lotteries Board Act 1950–1962 [Act 252];
(b)
sweepstakes affected by the Betting and Sweepstake Duties
Act 1948 [Act 201].
