No lottery for which a licence has been granted under this

Act shall be deemed to be a public lottery for the purposes of any written law in force in the Federation or any part thereof relating to common gaming houses.

*NOTE—The Social and Welfare Services Lotteries Board Act 1950-1962 [Act 252] has since been repealed by the Social and Welfare Services Lotteries Board (Dissolution) Act 1991 [Act 470]–
